ABOUT US
Odyssey House Texas provides treatment and education to youth and families whose lives have been devastated by drugs, alcohol, and abuse. Local families who have lost their children to drugs, alcohol and death have identified the need for an effective and affordable program. Odyssey House Texas is committed to providing that program of comprehensive and quality services to achieve lasting changes in the values and behaviors of youth, in order to create healthy lifestyles and healthy families.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Admission is Voluntary, Unlocked Facility
• Ages 13 to 17 years at admission
• Capacity – 29 Includes Males and Females
• Length of Stay – based on individual treatment plan, with an average stay of 60 days
• Location -- Southwest Houston -- approximately five miles south of the 610 Loop
• Facility -- Housed in a 16,500 sq. ft. building on approx. 5 acres, including a Ropes Course
• Education -- Provided on-site by an accredited school
• Licensure -- Texas Department of State Health Services
